Classroom Information

How our classroom works. Home Reading - please read with your child each night for at least 10 minutes. This can be them reading to you, you reading to them, or any type of shared reading. Library books - at this time your child will be allowed to choose 1 library book to take home every week. Our library exchange day is Wednesday. Agendas - these are an integral tool to communicate between home and school. It also is a great way to introduce time management and planning for success to students. Gym - the students will have PE with Mrs. Hamilton on Mondays and Fridays and will be outside so please ensure your child is suitably dressed. Music - The students will have music on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will have instruction in math and language arts daily and science and social studies 2-3 times a week.
