Student Absence Procedures

In the event of an absence, parents are requested to contact the school by phone and leave a message indicating the reason for the student's absence.

For your convenience, you can leave a message at any time of the day or night on our answering machine. Details of the school's phone number and extension will be provided asap.

When leaving a message, please leave the following information: your name, your child’s full name, grade, homeroom and the reason for the absence.
